ST COURIER Conditions Of Carriage

This ST Courier Private Limited Shipment is accepted by ST Courier Private Limited by its agents subject to the terms and conditions set out hereunder.

  1. The ST Courier Private Limited airway bill is not negotiable and the shipper acknowledge that it has been prepared by himself/ourselves of ST Courier Private Limited agents on behalf of the shipper.
  2. The shipment under this airway bill and contract is carried at shipper's risk.
  3. The shipper's responsibility is to assure that the packing is sufficient to protect the contents and transportation. The full address of the spider and the receiver is required with

  5. Delivery of consignments will be made to the consignee name on the shipment or the consignee's agent authorised in writing by a letter of authority by the shipper or the consignee.
  6. The shipment is not covered under insurance and transported at the consignor's risk entirely.
  7. Any octroi, State tax of duties as may be applicable on this shipment would be payable by the consignee at the time of delivery of shipment. The consignor here by agrees that if the consignee has refused to pay such amount the consignor will pay the duties to the Govt. Body/ ST Courier Private Limited. ST Courier Private Limited reserves the right of lien on any shipment till all the dues to ST Courier Private Limited are paid in full in respect of Freight, Octroi, Duties, Taxes and any other charges. ST Courier Private Limited also reserves its right to deal with the shipment as it sees fit including the right to sell the good in order to recover the duties from the consignor. The consignor will undertake to provide documentation required Such, as invoice, gate pass, state and central tax numbers Form 31/32 or any other documents to enable us to clear the shipments expeditiously, ST Courier Private Limited will not be responsible for delays and losses due to acts of God force Majeure, occurrence of any case beyond the control of ST Courier Private Limited or loss damage caused through strikes, riots, political or other disturbances like-fire, accidents of the vehicles carrying the goods, explosion etc. beyond ST Courier Private Limited control.
  8. Claim must be brought by the shipper for any loss or damage must be in writing within 30days from the date of acceptance of the shipment.
  9. Limitation of liability: The Liability of ST Courier Private Limited for any loss or damage to the shipment Includes documents or parcels is limited to Rs 100 per Shipment or cost of reconstruction whichever is lower. ALL DISPUTES AND CLAIMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHENNAI JURISDICTION.
  10. We do not accept any shipment that is restricted by IATA (international Air Transport Association. We do not accept any dangerous goods. We do not accept jewelers, currency, Liquids, Electronic items, Chemicals, Combustible material, Explosives, Drugs, Alcoholics, Beverages, Antiques, Art Works, Fragile items, Philated items which are not permitted by the laws, rules/restrictions in force. Claim can be made against ST Courier Private Limited beyond this time limit.

Changes to the ST COURIER Website

The ST COURIER website and its content may be changed, deleted, or updated at any time without notice.
